Being a lawyer is serious business, but we here at Precedent want to make sure you’re properly schooled on the style of being a lawyer, as well as the law. Inside the four walls of the office lies sartorial safety — suit jackets, ties, pencil skirts. These staples make getting dressed in the morning a snap. But figuring out what to wear for everything else? Now that’s a challenge. We combed the fall collections to dress two young lawyers: Laura Baron, an associate at Fasken Martineau Dumoulin LLP, and Jonathan Davey, counsel in the Aboriginal law division of the Department of Justice.
