Toronto Litigators

Two of Toronto’s top litigators headlined at a gathering of junior litigators on Monday night. Alan Lenczner (Lenczner Slaght Royce Smith Griffin LLP) and Linda Rothstein (Paliare Roland Barristers) spoke candidly to close to 100 members of the Toronto Litigators’ Group – an informal collection of civil and commercial junior litigators.

Held at the swanky Jacobs & Co. Steakhouse in Toronto, the reception and dinner was the second event of its kind. “We wanted to give young lawyers an opportunity to socialize and share stories, while also hearing from leaders of our profession,” explains one of the founders, Lerners LLP associate Meredith Jones.

Jones and her co-founders Robb MacDonald (Adair Morse LLP), Shannon Puddister (Lerners LLP), Jamie Spotswood (Lenczner Slaght Royce Smith Griffin LLP), and Adam Wygodny (Affleck Greene McMurtry LLP) started the group last winter.
