Want to win a lunch with Bob Rae?
Canadian Lawyers Abroad (CLA) is hosting a free cocktail party and silent auction fundraiser on May 30.
The Rights of Spring event, which will attempt to answer the question “Where is Canada in the world on conflict resolution and governance?”, will take place from 6 to 9 p.m. at Globalive’s SHAMBA Foundation.
The silent auction items will include a designer dress and fitting, Blue Jays’ tickets and of course, a chance to have lunch with Toronto MP Bob Rae, who will also be the evening’s keynote speaker.
Proceeds from this event will go toward supporting CLA programs, including student internships and Dare to Dream.
