Bad day for pants

A dry cleaner may have failed to fulfill their satisfaction guaranteed policy

Former District of Columbia judge Roy Pearson is seeking a new hearing in his $54 million lawsuit against a dry cleaner business who lost a pair of his pants, arguing that they failed to live up to their promise of “Satisfaction Guaranteed.” In his ongoing pursuit of what’s fair, Pearson has filed a petition with the D.C. Court of Appeals to be heard by a nine-judge panel. In other news, an Atlanta publication breaks the story that “Atlanta is not the first city to address the weighty issue of saggy pants.”
