Attorney at Work’s recently released Field Guide for Mobile Lawyers bills itself as an e-guide designed for lawyers whose practices sling them around the world and back again, prompting the need to be productive in “seat 32F, the B train, hotel bars, airport shuttles and wherever your feet (and your luggage) may land.”
If that describes your working life, then you probably already know many of the ideas and info the e-guide provides — though it wouldn’t hurt you to download the thing anyway, if only for its list of the best iOS apps and tips for maintaining your physical and mental health while on the road. But even those of you whose clients’ needs seldom include you jetting off to far-flung places have need for ideas on how to stay connected when far from home. In fact, with the long weekend coming up, you may very well be in immediate need of this information. Yes, we’re talking about vacation — you know, that thing lawyers are famous for working through.
So if there are airports and/or hotels in your immediate future, for work or for pleasure, this guide is for you.
