Over 40 Ontario law firms have signed on to participate in the “Justicia Think Tank” – a three-year pilot project to encourage medium (5+ lawyers) and large firms (100+ lawyers) to adopt principles that promote the advancement and retention of women in private practice. The think tank comes out of a series of recommendations made to the Law Society earlier this year about how to keep women at law firms. The list of participants is below.
