This morning Precedent’s editor and publisher Melissa Kluger made a quick pit stop on her way to the office, and opened the Toronto Stock Exchange. Kluger, along with a throng of other big hitters from the Toronto legal community gathered to open the TSX in celebration of tonight’s AIDSbeat benefit concert.
Now in its 15th year, AIDSbeat will take place tonight at the Kool Haus in Toronto where six bands will battle it out in front of a panel of judges. Since its inception, AIDSbeat has raised over $2 million for AIDS research, and this year has cobbled together a record $300,000 for the great cause.
