Sticks and stones might break her bones, but call her an old hag and get ready to pay up. Canadian model Liskula Cohen is suing Google for supressing the identity of a blogger who repeatedley attacks her in the blog, Skanks in NYC, which targets Cohen exclusively.

Cohen’s suit, filed in Manhattan Supreme Court, seeks a court order requiring Google and its Blogger.com service to identify the potty-mouthed culprit. While Google is holding out for a subpoena, the question of whether bloggers are entitled to privacy if they publish libellous content is flapping through the blogosphere.
