This weekend saw the unique OUT on Bay Street conference hosted for professionals in the LGBT community.

The conference is one of a kind in Canada, providing working professionals and law students with not only the opportunity to attend educational workshops that highlight issues specific to the LGBT community, but — more importantly — an unparalleled social networking opportunity.

Now in its third year, the event — which started as a term project for an MBA marketing course — has now grown so significantly that, with the help of Fraser Milner Casgrain LLP and dedicated students, the organization is about to be incorporated as a not-for-profit.

With its success and expansion, OUT on Bay Street will certainly continue to provide professionals in the LGBT community with an incredible resource while encouraging welcoming and inclusive working environments in the professions.
