Lawyers yearning to access their inner thespian can breathe a (stage) sigh of relief as it’s time to start thinking about The Lawyer Show 2013!

The Lawyer Show, now in its fourth year, is looking for lawyers, judges and clerks to perform in Twelfth Night next June. The show is presented by the Nightwood Theatre and will feature a cast of 30 members of the legal community, supported by a team of professional directors, designers and coaches. The Lawyer Show is an annual benefit that raises money for Nightwood Theatre, Canada’s national women’s theatre, which was founded in 1979 with the mandate to promote artistic excellence in plays by women, as well as mentor and train young and emerging female artists.

Auditions for Twelfth Night will be held January 20th and 21st. No previous acting experience is required. For more information on The Lawyer Show 2013 and how to get involved, click here.
