CityTV is reporting the story of Peter Brauti, a partner at Brauti Thorning LLP, who came to the defence of a McDonald’s employee who was being harassed and threatened. Unfortunately for Mr. Brauti, after ejecting the individual from the restaurant’s King and Bathurst location, the man came back for more. In the ensuing scuffle, the man bit Brauti’s hand, removing part of his fingertip.

Brauti told CityTV he thinks he did the right thing. “People gave me a pretty good ovation and shook my hand even as it was bleeding so they were pretty appreciative,” he said.
