Toronto Lawyers Association Fall Ball – Dancing with the Bar

Lawyers cut a rug at the TLA's sold out gala

Toronto Lawyers Association Fall Ball - November 8th, 2013 @ Palais Royale

What: Toronto Lawyers Association Fall Ball – Dancing with the Bar
Where: Palais Royale, 1601 Lakeshore Blvd. W
When: November 8, 2013

That’s how it’s done, kids! The guests with seniority absolutely owned the dance floor at the TLA Fall Ball. Although there were certainly a few younger guests with some moves, it was clear that most of the generation coming up has not yet learned the art of ballroom dance – though they may well now be inspired to do so after this gala.

“We’re happy to support the Law Society Foundation, and its dedicated volunteers from the legal profession, to continue to provide over 9000 meals each month to many in need via the Toronto Lawyers Feed the Hungry Program,” said Charles Alexander, TLA Trustee and co-organizer of the event along with his wife Mary Alexander.

The Palais Royale was as beautifully dressed for the occasion as the guests at the 250-person sold out event. This elegant Parisian dance-themed fundraiser provided guests with a delicious meal, silent auction, live music and a DJ for dancing, as well as fantastically talented, award-winning professional dancers for entertainment as the grand finale to the evening.

The Toronto Lawyers Association is the voice of lawyers in the City of Toronto. More information can be found here.
