law tech campAre you registered for lawTechcamp? This new “unconference,” which aims to “bridge the gap between the tech and legal communities and encourage the exchange of ideas and knowledge between the two areas,” happens this Saturday at the U of T Faculty of Law.

Organized by two recent bencher election candidates, My Legal Briefcase founder Monica Goyal and Mitch Kowalski from the National Post‘s Legal Post blog, lawTechcamp is being organized as a BarCamp-style event that will “bring together new media and technology enthusiasts, technology lawyers, technology developers in the legal space, legal information professionals, bloggers, tweeters, social networkers, and everyone else who is curious about new media technology and its intersection with the legal profession.
